Limit cart

We are in SRM 3.0(BBPCRM 4.0) . Shopping cart is created with multi service line items . 2 line items are limit items and 2 items are service items with out limit

For example in shopping cart

item 001 is the limit item

item 002 is not a limit item

item 003 is the limit item

item 004 is not a limit item

when shopping cart is replicated as Purchase requisition is backend system

item 001 of SC is 001 in PR

item 002 of SC is 003 in PR

item 003 of SC is 002 in PR

item 004 of SC is 004 in PR.

And hence the follow on document is also referred wrongly in shopping cart.Whether any body is experiencing this issue .

Regards

Mani

    Mani,

for this one you can debug the transfer (BBP_PROCDOC_TRANSFER) of the particular Shopping Cart into your backend system. What is unclear in you description is whether you create one shopping cart with 4 items and create 1 PREQ with 4 items or if you split and create several. As well what you point in your example might be something you see in SRM history or do you refer to single ERP documents? Anyway -- when there might be some sorting during the transfer. I would not wonder if you'd find a correction for this in form of a note (assumed you search in service.sap.com) or get a correction from SAP when you point out why the 'original' item sequence is necessary for you business requirement.
