Inbound Delivery Open after MB01 recpt. MD04 does not show delivery

Does anyone have experience with inbound deliveries remaining open after mb01 receipt of the product? The status of the inbound delivery indicates it is still open, but MD04 for the product doesn't show the delivery. I would like to know how MD04 is recognizing that the inbound delivery has been received. Any help would be appreciated.

do you fixed any delivery tolarance?

One more thing is del completed tick is there for that movement type?

In working with our functional consultant, the information regarding quantities on deliveries received can be found in the EKES table, so the fact that the delivery status isn't update doesn't make much difference for what I'm trying to do.
