Workflow + BSP

Good afternoon,

We have SRM 5.0 and there is a process that consists of the following:

One supplier makes a pre-solicitud through web page to our company to become part of our list of suppliers

It sends out a questionnaire to its email to proceed with filling

At the time that sends mail with the questionnaires would like to be a trigger for Workflow to 10 , 17 and 24 days unless he has sent the questionnaire he sends a mail telling him which still has not completed the questionnaires, if at 31 days has not sent questionnaires filled him send a mail denying his request

I have never worked with BSP or WorkFlow so I am a little lost, as I can relate send these forms to be the event's home workflow? An application BSP corresponds to a class?

The BSP process is ROS_SELF_REG
