hi all,

we have an external interface for generating tax forms.the tax reporter generates a magnetic media file, and it does not show any forms being generated in the sap system. it gives a form number and control number. where can i view the form itself.

There is a tcode for all the std forms OQ02. After going thru the tcode in the menu bar we have

Find -> Technical search function -> (Here at the field of form mention *)

This results in all the forms, just check, for ur required form & let me know.

i mean i do not see any form being generated under the forms tab, but a magnetic media is generated. so will i be able to see the form that is generated, i have the comtrol number and form number but cant see the form.

Go to 'Log Manager' and see if you have any errors on generating forms. In ECC 60, tax forms are converted from SAP SCRIPT to use PDF (meaning you'll have to set up ADS service).

ok i am on ecc 5.0 , a magnetic media file is generated when i run PU19 and this file is sent to third party for w2 and etc.there were some changes done to the original PU19 program. Is there a way i can generate the w2 form in sap using PU19 or some settings in the config which will display the w2 form.
