Deletion of the requests?

Hi Expert's,

Whenever I shcedule the infopackage I am getting a popup message

No Requestes are deleted from Infocube.......

( Provisionally,as routine and formulae evaluations for the runtime of other selection conditions can occur)

can any one explain what it does this mean?

One quick question Jus go to u r infopackage datatargets tab and check wether

automatic deletion of overlapping request is configured...

If u want to load data with same request & delete before data,then use Repair full full request with edit selection.If u want to load data with same request,then use Automatic loading check box in Data target tab in Infopackage.

I think in ur infopackage there is a setting to delete overlapping request. CLick on it and make it as no selection and then try loading

Yes There is selection in the "Automatic loading......" and also I have written aroutine in infopackage level which will pick records if Zabc is blank.

Ok Now telll me how does this is related to the above question?

Or you're gonna to fetch the data from source .. ?

It doesnot matter if a routine exists or no ,Deleting Overlapping Request feature will delete the loaded request in the Cube as per the given Selection Conditions and doesnot consider Routines in the Infopackage.

For datasource with no delta capability Infopackage settings are made such that when you run the Infopackage today it will delete the previous only request existing in the Cube and thus loading only the New/Full Updated load from sourcesystem.

Did you chek any optin for deletion of previous request before data load or did you write any routine to excude or filter certain records?
