thanks all of you,
I don't went to save the file manually.
I only want to a function just like archiving function which can save file in background job.
I can develop a program to save a report as file in background job,but I have to develop a program for every report,I want to know is there any standard function for it, just like throwing the report to spool.
in general it is possible to write to an file in background job. This is standard for an archiving program.
However, SAP is only able to write to a file in the SAP file system, not to your local PC.
It is then possible to move this file to local PC when you are back in the office.
Talk to your Basis guys.

You can try to get the spool of the background job and then manually download it to any application to save it.
