Hi Joseph
You can try by Workset permissions. First, create groups, then assign users to the group and then allow/disallow visibility of worksets based on group.
In the example in the screenshot, the group ESS is created. It is then assigned to the Workset "Employee Self-Service" with Read permission. Any user in the group ESS should then be able to read (see) the workset. Because the Everyone group is set to none, no other users should be able to see the workset. (I haven't tried it, so this is in theory only 🙂 )

Hi Thomas,
Thank you so much for the quick response, but when the first user logs into a role he should only see one workset , likewise all users have to see their respective workset alone.pls help me with this
and i dont understand last sentence "then assign the group to the users?"
regards
joseph

In User Administration, create a group; assign your role to the group; then assign the group to the users?
