Exit CY190001 for CM25 Tries for operation change but does not work

Hi experts,

i have a requirement to update setup time based on the sequence of previous order.i have suggested to use setup matrix but it required lot of efforts in master data maintanance ,I found one Exit CY190001 for to change operation data.but could not test the same via CM25.

Please help here to provide relevent exit or testing script.

i already activated the same via Project ,should i need to do anything additional?

Hi Rikinr,
You can display the documentation for enhancement CY190001 in SMOD. The documentation here lists our all the field which can be changeable. Set up time is not included. Thus the changes doesn't work.

Also a sample source code is available for the INCLUDE LXCY0F01.

Thanks for the reply.

Actually i need to have one exit which allows me to changes setup time in order level operations based on the previous order.or also we can say if i have an standard exit which replace order level setup time based on customer specific logic.

may you please highlight any exit if you know.

Hi Rikinr,

I don't think there is user exit which can change setup time in order level operation based on the previous order. You expect the previous setup time can be buffered and entered into a new order?

Hi Jessica,

My requirement is to update setup time in production order on a customer logic.

Logic is depends on the previous production order where if the previous order has same characteristics than setup time would be zero and if different than setup time is there but depends on the previous sequence of production order.

May you please help here.
