use of payment method in e-banking

hi,

can we use same payment method for 2 bank accounts of same house bank having same local currencies?if we can, wht are the pros n cons?

    Hi

    I don't see any problem. I guess you will use 2 Account IDs, one each for a bank account (for that same house bank), then define Bank determination also.

      our client has 3 bank accounts n till now they are using different payment methods for the 3 acc now they want to create 2 more bank accounts for e-payment, so now can i use the existing ones then?

    Hi Sravanthi

    It creates problem in Bank determination since all are in same currencies. If currencies are different, then it is fine.Hence it is essential to have different payment methods for each of the bank accounts belonging to the same House bank.

    thnx.. but now comes another issue, payment method is only of single char so we finished using all chars, so shud we increase the length of payment meth? if so how can this be done?

    but 0-9, A-Z, even some spl charecters had been used, can we increase the lenght of payment methodby any means or is there any other way to solve this?
