How to remove a field while displaying value through F4 help

Hi friends,

I created a new search help and I added that tab and I am able to display it for my transactions.

While displaying the result I am getting the output with all the fields in the input what iam giving.

But I don’t want search item in the output display. How to remove this.

Please help me.
