Hi all,
does anyone knows, how to configure a simple survey response scenario. I created a survey which I send to customers. If the customer click on the url, fill out the survey and send it back....nothing happens.
I don't know what'S wrong....so if anybody have an idea or a good guide or blog...let me know

we are using CRM version 5 n i have done all what has been said above,each n every setting being checked but still URL is resulting into a blank screen

the transaction type is already customized but I it doesn't work. I don't no what else it can be. Do you have an other idea...?

I can't send you the documents at the moment because I haven't got them till now.
But I solveed it on my own....
Go to the Survey_Suite and check your parameter settings. I forgot the port behind the server name for the action...

thanks for your reply! I did the most of the conig steps you wrote. Only the BI flag wasn't set. But the problem isn' t solve....
After clicking on the URL, answer the questions of survey and puch the send button i get the message no server found
Are there other customizing steps for the inbound process...?

Hi Tobias,
When you sending a survey to a customer just append ++ at the end of the URL in your mail form. It is the tracking ID.
Also ensure that the Survey settings have checkbox, Evaluation with and without Business information Warehouse Ticked (Tcode: CRM_SURVEY_SUITE)
If you are sending survey via campaigns, ur survey should be craeted in the Marketing Application.
For every response which comes from the customer an Activity of trnasaction type 0000 gets created. Also if u check in transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, there is a button called Evaluation click on that after selecting ur survey, it shall also show u the response.

thaks for your answer! I get a successfully Survey process with CRM 5.0 but if I implement the same scenarion with CRM4.0 I get no activity. I send out an email with the url. after this step I answer the questions in my survey and send it back. I can see the survey in the suervey_suite und evaluation but in this UI the value in field campaign is 000000000000.... and field adresser is empty. I think that is the problem I don't get a activity (0000).
DO you have any idea what's wrong! I think it's possible to create this scenarion with CRM 4.0 (standard)

Hi Shalini,
I m using mail form for survey questionaire. Based on the answer I need to create a lead for BP.
I copied code from CRM_SVY_LEAD_PAI into my Z FM and
I activated the code for lead generation. ( i put my z fnction in call back PAI)
But I m not able to generate the lead automatically based on response. I am able create MIG number in the url also.
Can u pls guide me for this.
