I know that I should use VBUP and VBAK tables, and FKSTK field without "C".
But I need to get MFG Workload in LBS value and First Date value.

Take a look in the VA06 transaction.

There is a standard report SAPMV75A which would fetch the open order data. But I am not sure, where are the other informations mentioned above are stored in SAP. You need to consider those tables while customizing the standard report.
