Custom Field of type "Time" does not display correctly in segmentation

Hi,

I created a custom field with the "custom fields and logic" app of type "Time".

I added data into this field.

I have made it visible for my segmentation model, but it displays only raw values and not a nice Time visualization...

Anyone knows how to solve this?

What up Joyca,

Try pressing this and toggling to a time view. Alternatively, you can actually use a configuration app to select which preview styles are available for your custom field (I don't have access to a tenant right now so I forgot which app this is... might be in "Home>Marketing Extensibility>one of the segmentation configuration apps").

Hi Joyca,

I suggest you to open an incident as there's always an issue with display formats in various applications in segmentations such as segmentation (in your case) , target group (my case) etc.

We had a issue about the display format for the field Date of Birth in member list in target groups. We opened up an incident and SAP provided correction.

I did open a SAP ticket in the meantime.

Disappointingly, this was the response:

Dear Customer,

I have checked with my senior colleagues regarding this incident.

We apologize that currently Semantic Type "Time" is not supported.

On discussing with our product owner, we got to we will be supporting this feature in one of our future releases.
