Customizing for feedback functionality missing - Support Message creation

Hi,

I am getting the error "Customizing for feedback functionality missing" when I try to create a support message from satellite system. Help ->Create support message.

Within the solution manager the functionality is working fine.

I have also maintained the table entry in BCOS_CUST through SM30

The values maintained are

OSS_MSG W SM_SM1CLNT100_BACK CUST620 1.0

Also the authorizations SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE and SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN were assigned to back RFC user.

Is there any other settings to be done. Other forum threads on the same topic is not helping me in getting this solved.We are using SOLMAN 4.0.

Hi,

When creating a support message from a satellite. Solution Manager first creates an ABA Notification.

Check your ABA Notification SLF1settings in tcode DNO_CUST01 (number range, action profile).
