Hi experts,
I have a requirement in which i have to automate a process that is configured as 10 Soap to Idoc interfaces in XI.
Now my task is to make this generic. i have to create installable component out of this that could be transported across any server and is ready to use.
Is this possible in XI?
Please provide your valuable inputs.
Thanks

Hi Chirag,
The OrdertoCash process starts with the customer placing the order till he pays for the product he buys. this can be realised by creating some SOAP to Idoc scenarios in XI.
Next what should be done is this has to be created as a product that could be sold to clients who want to automate their OrdertoCash cycle.
How can a SOAP to IDoc interface that i create in XI be delivered as a product to some other company? Say if we create an application and create an exe file of the application i can give it to any of my clients , they have to run the exe file for the application, similarly is how can i create an ready to use package/unit in XI?
Thanks

Hi,
Can you please explain in detail what you want to achieve.
One way is to reduce the use of same component many times you can go for software component dependency.
