Hi,

I just replied to your query, but somehow this is not reflected here!!

Well, to my understanding the settlement rule in KKF3 should be Cost Center for QM orders. For more details, please check with your FICO consultant.

Thanks,

Arijit

Hi,

I think for QM order it is always Cost Center against which 'Appraisal Cost' and 'Non-Conformity Costs' are settled. Are you seeing any other things for settlement rule in KKF3? Kindly clarify. May be you can go through the discussion below in case if this helps you -

Hi Arijit,

we settle the QM Order (QM Notification) to WBS WBS element.

All cost from Production order, Salees ordes, etc. are on the QM order, If we find that the problems a supplier has created.

We create a direct debit to the vendor (with settlement to the QM order). All Cost and revenues is on the QM order.

Regards

Hi,

Sorry, I am not an expert of CO setup. But as far as QM Order [Order category 06], or CO Production Orders [Order Category 04] are concerned, I think in KKF3 you get to see the responsible cost center [COAS-KOSTV] linked to it. Moreover I think WBS element is linked to 'Profit Center' and not a 'Cost Center', where QM orders are supposed to be settled, in the below config -

SPRO => Quality Management => Quality Notifications => Notification Processing => Define Costing Parameters => Account Assignment for QM Orders ---> Here you can see the link of QM order, Cost Center with the notification type.

May be the below link for Internal Order settlement will help you a bit further on the process -

I will again suggest you to speak with CO consultant and take his help to fix your issue.

Thanks,

Arijit
