Automatic PR Release after amendment

Hi,

I have a scenario where PR should be automatically released after it is changed. The requirement is as below.

1. I have created a PR with one line item. I have released the PR and then I have added one more line item and PR amount is changed. Now new release strategy will be triggered. In this case previous release strategies are reset. The requirement is that the previous release levels which are approved should auto approved and only new release levels can be approved.

2. I have created a PR with one line item. I have released the PR and then I have changed same line item and PR amount got changed. Now new release strategy will be triggered. In this case previous release strategies are reset. The requirement is that the previous release levels which are approved should auto approved and only new release levels can be approved.

I want to know is this can achieved technically by writing logic inside any BADI/EXIT or there is any functional configuration required to be maintained which can check the PR release strategy before setting up.

Kindly provide your solution. As I am a technical person if it is achievable through technically then kindly provide me exit or badi details.
