Anonymous access to KM document

Hi everyone, I want to access an image that is stored in a repository in KM through an URL from an HTML document but it keeps telling me that the access is forbidden (Error 403).

I have already applied note 837898 to allow anonymous access to KM, but is only working for the access to iViews, Roles, Worksets, etc, and not to access the KM documents directly from an URL.

    Hi Pablo,

    i.Navigate to ContentAdministration->KM Content->documents->Select your custom folder.

    ii.Select the custom file ,which you want to allow Anonymous access->Select Details->Settings->Permissions->Choose Anonymous user ->and save Permissions.

    iii.check the access link of the file.http://hostname:portno/irj/go/km/docs/documents/yyyy/duckfly.jpg.try it .hope it'll help you.

      Hi thanks for the help.

      We just raised an OSS message to SAP and they said a note 1079022 solve the problem.

      It consist in Patching SP12 up to Patch 3 or higher, so it's not very good news if you are thinking in putting that Patch also in Production.
