Role description tranlsation

Hi,

I try to use one role with an english and a german description. First I create a role in DE system. Name "test role" and description "Dies ist ein Test!". Now I switch to the EN system and open the role again but I can't change the role description. I got the message "Text maintenance only possible for logon in the role's original lang. DE". What can I do to create a role with an english an a german description?
