Hi All,

I user T.CODE: VA03(Display SO) system show error follow:

Not possible to carry out conversion

Message no. MM101

Diagnosis

The system cannot carry out the conversion required because the alternative unit of measure you have entered cannot be converted to the base unit of measure.

Procedure

Specify the conversion factors for the alternative unit of measure in the corresponding material master record.

hi

please check it in sales org1 tab page

it will be there just below the base unit of maeasurement "sales unit" field there enter the sales UOM and system popup automatically conversion factor dialog scrreen there maintain the conversion rates

I setup the same base unit of maeasure and Sale Unit with value EA. But when use T Code : VA03 then system show error above.

pls help me what do I do now?

Hi,

As one of our friend mentioned, go to MM02, in sales org. data1, Enter ur sale unit of mesure. When U enter Sale unit of measure, system popups and asks for conversion rule from base unit of measure to sales unit of measure.

On Screen Change Material I Choose Tab Basic Data 1 Enter Base Unit Of Measure with value: EA, Choose Tab Sale org 1 I can't see Sale Unit Of Measure.

in MM02 sales org 1 check the sales unit to that of base unit of measure

have u maintained the conversion factors for unit of measure
