deletion of sales orders.

hi ......

i have a reqt, ie client want to delete 500 sales orders. in that some are opensales orders and other are completed means del and bill is completed. so i want to delete all those. plz give me the solution.

Dear Sai

You can certainly delete all open orders either through LSMW / BDC if it is going to be bulk. If it is only a small in number, you can delete sale orders one by one by going to VA02, type order number and enter. Now on top left select the header button followed by delete.

With regard to orders delivered and billed, you cannot delete unless all subsequent documents are cancelled. If it is billed, first you have to select VF11 to cancel the billing document and delivery by VL09.

By the by, can you please let me know why 500 sale orders are created and why you want to delete those orders??

Hi Sai,

just consult the ABAP er.It is possible to delete/cancel the all open orders using BDC. Then the system auto matically opens the sales orders in the change mode and put the reason for rejection to the open line items.

here u have to give which reason for rejection is assigned to the line item.
