F4 help for Code group, Defect code and Defect type

I need a F4 help in a table.

Requirement: The Defect code and Defect type fields of the table should be populated based on the F4 help value selected for Code group field. (Tables QMFE, QPGR and QPCD).

Basically, the F4 help should be similar to the one for adding notification items in IW42 transaction.

How do I achieve this?

Well, I would suggest you to go for Dropdown by Index controls instead of manipulating arnd Search helps and other options.

In Dropdowns, you have complete control over the value display. Check that out and lemme know if u get any more probs.
