i got the following error"change org assign only possible with update 0302="x"

Have you activated Aditional Actions in your customising?

Check IMG Activity Personnel Mgmt --> Personnel Admin --> Customising Procedures --> Actions --> Set-up Personnel Actions.

just go to personnel action types and make sure that the check box update infotype 0302

i.e.., the second tab from your right hand side.

this definitely solves your problem
