Survey for visit not active in spite of maintaining all configs.

Hi All,

Simple step, I needed to create a survey, and then it should be available for the visits non mandatory.

Steps i took.

1. created survey. activated.

2. Plan- created.active

3. routing plans- created maintained. active.

Now when going to Visit and checking, survey is avaialble but not allowing me to update it.its grayed out.

Please any comments?

If you click on the hyperlink the survey is opened in display mode.

You can answer the Survey questions by following the below steps.

1. Go to Visits Work center
2. Select the Visits View.
3. Open any Visit
4. Go to the Survey Tab
5. Select the Survey Line.
6. Click on Actions Button and choose Edit for the Survey questions to open in a new page to answer.
