Hi,

Customer have two requests for calendar in C4C. In the attachment is screen shot with exact screen.

1. Is it possible to show calendar for more persons in the same time, maybe all employees in one specific sales organization? (up to 5 persons)

2.There is no refresh button on this screen. How to add it?

I have tried verifying the requirement in the system and could see that this isnt available.

You Might want to try Team Calendar functionality once and also please be informed that the Calendar refreshes via background job which runs over a period of time and synchronizes

The product team for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer wants your input on how to make the product better. Search for your idea first and if it's not there submit a new idea.

Thanks. Team calendar functionality is exactly what customer needs. But unfortunately it is available only in fiori client. But in fiori client it is not possible to initiate outbound CTI call.

Both things are part of same sales process and there is no possibility to have both on the same client?!

True ,
In HTML5, only a subset of locations are enabled to with the click-to-call functionality

On the Responsive UI, the functionality is planned to be enable for all locations with the phone numbers on a future release.

Since this is crucial feature for the CTI integration and my customer needs it, do you have information when this can be expected in RUI?

You may need to reach out to customer Influence forum : Hybris Cloud For Cusotmer Influence Forum , where product Management will verify the recommendations based on votes and take considerations

yeah...I saw this in influence forum. Currently there are 7 votes. But to be honest I even don't see the reason for voting, since this is crucial functionality. If you don't have outbound calls you cannot talk about CTI integration at all. I mean whole telesales teams in each industry needs outbound call. Additional to that it is not possible execute any customer call campaigns 😞
