all workflows of e-recruiting delivered by the sap are in my experience examples. I would never recommened to use one of them in a productive scenario as every customer deploys it's own set of activities etc (this is the general approach of nearly every module).
What do you want to happen with your posting? What Workflow do you need? Or do you just need your posting instances found in the unregistered search? This would not be a workflow as this is done by the periodical services.
Please specifiy your problem a bit more in detail.
