CTI settings

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me the steps involved in the CTI settings that should be done to connect the telephony system and the CIC Webclient. And also please tell me at which phase of the project these settings should be done.

    This setting should be done at phase customize IC Webclient

    Hi Denis,

    Thank u for the response but i was talking about connecting SAP CIC Webclient(SAP Web Application Server) and the telephony system. So can u please send me the respective doc.

    And i wanted to know when these settings are done i.e, development, quality or production.
