Pass parameters from C4C to SAP BW Mashup

Dear experts,

I configured a Report in BW and executed it then I got the following URL:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.pct!2fplatform...

There I have a variable for the Customer ID (Variable technical name= SV_PKUNAG)

Could you please tell me, how I can pass values for example Customer Number = 10008 to this url?

I tried something like this:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.pct!2fplatform...

But it didn't work. Before I try it in C4C I tried to test that in the browser with the URL above.
