Hi,

Many ways to achieve this...But, as long as you have open invoices to be cleared, its not a good idea to either mark the item for deletion in the PO or Block (pad Lock) it. I would do this way -

in item details, you have Latest GR date (I think, in Delivery Tab). if you put Latest GR date way back in the past, you will not be able to post GR for the PO line item. It will allow you to post GR at the max that date what you mention there. Anyway, posting periods will not allow you to post (in general) other than current and previous period.

Hi

One simple way is to delete line item of that PO ( If required later u can unblock this item)

when u delete this line item u will not able to apass any document on this item
