GGB1 : Rule

Hi,

i want to create a substitution with this T code : GGB1, but i have some difficulties in the definition of the rule.

i want to substitute VAT code "W" by "V" but i don't now what is the convenable rule that i must define.

You have on WIKI text where I described what you should do regarding this. Just, think twice do you really need to change tax code.
