have you maintained in the paramters in the SLDAPICUST?

1. check the RFC dest LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI

2. Check the SLD is up and running

3. Check your Exchange Profile is imported propely

4. if you cannot enter with PIAPPLUSER try the user with full rights ( just to check)

HI,

1) first check whether your J2EE Engine is running or not? if not then restart the server.

2) Can you access the http://<XI_HOST>:5<NR>00/exchangeProfile ?

if there is a problem then you have to unlock passwords

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Chirag,

Thanks for your reply. i checked that link. but i am not sure where the problem is.

In sldapicust transaction, i have assigned PIAPPLUSER user and set the password. But i do not see this user in SU01 transaction. It says this user does not exist. Is that ok?

Moreover, when i try to login to http://<host>:<port>/sld with PIAPPLUSER user, it says, I do not have permission to view the SLD. Minimum required: UME role with permission com.sap.lcr.LcrUser and J2EE role LcrUser.

HI,

You need to create a user PIAPPLUSER in SU01 transaction and give the SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER role to the user.

Once you will done with this you will not get the error.

I think your PIAPPLUSER is not created thats the problem.

Thanks

Hi Chirag,

once again i thank you for your speedy response. Even after i create a user PIAPPLUSER in SU01 with the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER, i get the same error when i execute transaction SLDCHECK.

Should i need to restart the java instance? If so, can i do it from MMC or should i need to do from SMICM?

Thanks in Advance,

Rose
