Depreciation real time booking

Dear ALl

I read that I can figure out with table T093A or T093D whether the depreciation are booked real-time in the General Ledger.

However, I am not figuring out which field it actually would be.

Would you have an idea?

Hello Mike,

I can answer only partly. I think you are mixing some topics...(?).

The real-time information you can find in T093, but this is only customizing for depreciation areas, not for depreciation runs. Please check note 1572318 for more explanations, but in short: If you have setting to realtime (usually area 01) you don't have to use report RAPBERB2000, but still you have to use for depreciation run RAPOST2000. The "real-time" is only for APC's.

The mentioned table T093D has another information for depreciation runs. It contains the periods of the run (e.g. monthly, quarterly,...) It is in field AFBRHY (cycle).

For my opinion you can't post depreciation (run) in real-time, it is always done by report RAPOST2000 for the periods entered in T093D.
