Unable to get OAuth Token from Successfactors LMS

I'm unable to get the OAuth Token from Successfactors LMS. It always return an error code of 500. I tried using Postman and Advanced Rest Client. It returns an error code of 500 in Advanced Rest Client while in Postman it returns this error "Unexpected token '<' in JSON at position 3".
