Filtering of deliveries on BW side

Why deliveries are filtering on BW side when i am extracting from infosource 2LIS_12_VCITM using delta.

Check ur Update rule for the logic of filteration.

Check also the docs (0CDS_DS05) as they say:

In the update rule of the ODS object from the InfoSource 2LIS_12_VCITM the system checks whether the deliveries received from the OLTP system reference one of the documents from the ODS object Sales Scheduling Agreement Items (0CDS_DS02) or Sales Orders (0CDS_DS04) An update in the ODS object is only carried out if the result of the check is positive.
