Dear Pm groups

Pls clear the following issues

While creating the mtc plan we are given the start date as past , but the package is mentioned. While schduling thro IP 10 the system issues error as No operations exist for the day.

But in same way if we are given the present period it is accesing. Is any exit is available in back ground?

Is it need to maintain the schduling period if we wants the future status? also after ip 10 is it need to go for ip 30. We are not always working with ip 30 , but orders are generating .

Hi Thenna,

Coming to your first issue......check the date from which the task list is valid........this message normally comes when date of scheduling is in past as compared to date of task list valid........if you want to have a maintenance plan from the back date, the task list assigned to it should also be valid from that date.

I dont think any user exit will help on this......

It is always gud to mention the scheduling period else after completion of Cycle duration, automatically system calculates the next date of call object.....

IP30 is used to generate the call objects within a particular duration of time......if you are not doing IP10, then at the time of running IP30, plz click on check box available on IP30 screen, immediate start for scheduling.........this will serve the purpose.
