    Hi Sandhya,

I didn't get you properly. Do u need an function module for locking and unlocking the planning book or the BAPI function module 'BAPI_PBSRVAPS_CHANGEKEYFIGVAL' throws u an error?

    Regards,

    Siva.

Can you specific how you have configured your planning area in terms of locking logic ? It can be found in your planning area configuration.

Is this APO DP or SNP ? I am assuming this is the former.

The reason why you are getting that message is that the key figure for the same CVC intersection may be getting edited by some other user in batch or dialog mode. When you get this messeage that you have mentioned, please go to SM12 to see what are objects getting locked and by whom. Hopefully you will know.

      Hi Srinivas,

Thank you very much for reply

This error is getting in APO SNP. In the BAPI

The FM /sapapo/ts_dm_lock is calling FM Enque_report and if this function module is filling the table "enq" then the locking is failing .

Can you please tell me what this table contains.is this table is filling with the both the users who are trying to edit the keyfigure values.

      Thanks and Regards,

      Sandhya
