Portal Runtime Error

Hi I hv created new user id and added a role to it and a CRM transaction iview to it.

It is working fine in my id but it is not working in new user id.

It gives the following error.

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : N/A

Component Name : N/A

Unable to lookup System 'CRDCLNT100_test'. Please check the system object and the alias..

See the details for the exception ID in the log file

So what is the possible reason behind it and how to resolve the issue?

Nikesh,

This is likely to be permissions on the system connector object in the PCD. By default the portal has access only for "Administrator" users.

You may want to allow (for example) the group "Authenticated Users" to access system connectors.

Thnks Haydn,

Problem is solved. I forgot to add the "Everyone" Group in the permissions column.
