Stock balance showing in WM but not in Storage location

Hello

We wanted to delete a storage location from one of our plant. But before we could delete the storage location somebody sneaked one material in the storage type 999 in the warehouse using physical inventory document.

Now we do not have the storage location in the plant but the stock is showing in 999 storage type.

How do I get this stock out of the warehouse?

hi,

its just a standard soluion...to clear differences btween IM & WM...Just didn't remember the transaction code....You can go to LE menu in SAP application initial screen.

Because it is internal WM process, go to internal processes and you must be able to see physical inventory menu. You will then see cleare inventory differences between IM and WM. you just need to process this transaction and post the differences. If you still can't do it yourself, post it back...I shall login and give you step by step procedure.,

I had tried clearing, by using transaction LI21, the stock in 999 storage location but is giving the following error

"0001713940 Batch 4036955 0047 RWK 0002862283 does not exist"

I got the above error because the plant and storage location is not assigned to the warehouse.

Lateron I tried clearing the difference in WM & IM using transaction LX23 but storage location RWK was not listed in the analysis.

Do this way-

Create the missing batch# in sloc using msc1n. Then, try LI21.
