    You can either Logically delete the Workitem in which case the Workflow Instance will be Logically deleted.

    Goto SWIA->Give Workitem Id->Execute->Workflow Log->Click on the first Workitem->Goto->Technical Workitem Display->Edit->Change->Logically Delete.

    Otherwise you can forward the workitems to some users Inbox who wishes to have the workitems.

    Thanks

    Hi Pothana,

    First of all why doesn't want the user the workitem anymore? You have to remember it is part of a process and for traceability and even audit trails it should be processed. So I would <u>never</u> logically delete it. If he is the only agent for the task you could forward it to another user who is possible agent and he can process it, but I would tell the user to process it so the workflow can end normally.

    Regards,

    Martin
