ICE Content.

Hi All,

I have recently implemented KM transports refering some blog. I am not able to c the Ice folder under Root in KM in QA and PRD. I achieved success when i performed the same in DEV Portals.

I have used the following steps to activatte the Ice folder under KM.

Goto System Administration >>System Configuration >> Knowledge Management >> Content Management >> Repository Managers ……..Click on Show Advanced Options on the Right Top Page. >> Content Exchange Repository

• Search for ICE repository there ……..Click on Show Advanced Options.

After you locate it, Deactivate the parameter “Hide in Root Folder”. And also make sure it is activated.

Take Cluster Restart.

PLease suggest what other things are necessary.

Make sure that the HIde in Root Folder flag is inactive(unchecked) in the configuration of the content exchange repository.

(System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Configuration -> Content Management -> Repository Managers -> Content Exchange Repository).

Take Cluster restart once again after you perform the activity.
