    Hi,

    Not really clear...

For the first question, you want to print 5 copies of the same document, but only one field changes from one print to an other?

For the second question, what do you mean with "screen chart"?

    Regards,

    Eric

      Hi Sampath,

      Have you resolved the problem?

If not, to get the wording "Original" for the 1st copy, "Duplicate" for the 2nd copy, and so on you may try this way:

      1. Create new fields (Formula) in the PLD

eg. Field_375, set the formula: CopyNumber() == 1

      Field_376, set the formula: CopyNumber() == 2

      etc

      2. Create new fields (Text) in the PLD

eg. Field_377, set Text = Original, link to Field_375

Field_378, set Text = Duplicate, link to Field_376

      etc

When you print the Delivery Document, for the 1st page it will shows "Original", 2nd "Duplicate" etc.

      Hope it helps.

      Regards,

      Ida

    Hi thr,

I think you can change a particular Field value depending upon the "CopyNum()" function where you can specify if Copy Number is one the Print Original by linking that field to the corresponding Copy Number.

I haven't tried it myself to have read it in the study material.

and for the second question i don't have an idea.

    Regards

    Shreyas

To Capture Screen shots you can use PrintScreen key, or if you would like to capture any particular window then you can press Alt+PrintScreen. If you need more advanced screen capture tools you will find plenty of free softwares if you google
