I want to know the installation steps for Crystal Enterprise Server. And where can i find the installation source. We are on EP 7.0 SPS 12.

did you already obtain the software ? Which version is it ?
You should have a installation guide as part of the package.

You can do that on our website.
on Service marketplace is a version 10 available but right now the current release is XIr2 (v12)
