Is it possible to change the Reference Field in the Accounting Document once posted

Hi,

yes it is possible to change the refernce field in teh accounting document once posted.

You ahve to mantain Rules for Changing Documents in SPRO.

The path is ING--Financial Accounting (New)Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)DocumentRules for Changing Documents--Document Change Rules, Document Header

Here amke a new entry as below

Field NAme BKPF-BKTXT

Account type blank

Tarnsaction Type blank

Company code Blank

Check the box for "Field can be changed"

You can directly change the reference field once the document is posted.
