Unable to Receive Report Output thru email(Broadcasting)

Hi All,

We want to broadcast a report output thru mail to users. We have enabled the broadcasting settings and when I execute, we get the status as 'Started to send the document' . But I am not receiving the document. All the settings are correct.

Are there any mail settings that I have to make in RSA1???

Hi Ravi

make sure ur basis have configured mail server in SCOTtransaction.This look like they have not configured Mail server.If you have authorization to this Tcode check it and follow up ur basis.

Hi Chandru,

Can you provide me with the details to configure the Mail Server Settings. I checked out SCOT transaction and I am able to see under SMTP the Mail Host IP Address and Mail Port(25).

HI,

please go to sost transaction and see whether any mails available.if mails available the cause for not receving mails will b ewe have to run job to send mails from bw server.

Also follow what sekhar have suggested goto sost and check the mail sent by you is green or greyed out.We had the same issue our basis have done some trick in ICM settings(they know to configure that).

Hi Shekar/Chandru,

Thank you for the info. . In SOST, the mail that I sent is specified as red. Error is No Valid Route from System.

I will check with my basis guy and get it resolved.
