Error on installing SAP R3 IDES

Hi All

We are now start the installation of R/3 IDES on windows 2003 server with oracle 9.2 . We facing the following error during the installation . Kindly give me the solution for this error .

ERROR 2007-11-23 10:50:13

CJS-00288 Could not update database statistics.<br>DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPIDS returned 3.<br>SOLUTION: See brconnect.log for details.
