Why Clearing the QMEL-KUNUM field after making any changes and saving IW52 Tcode?

Hello Team,

This Is Very urgent for me...

I am making any changes in IW52. Once I made any changes( suppose field-Priority) in IW52 and save then STD table field QMEL-KUNUM gets clear every time.

How I can resolve this problem?

If you have any user-exits/BADIs in the notification/order processing, then deactivate them and re-test.

This sounds like a Behaviour in some very old SAP-KBA's (71692 / 304412 / ...).

You might want to Record / Trace for missing code via transaction "ANST" ...

Hello Nic,

Note 71692 and 304412 is not supported for 606 package release and

Automated Notes Search Tool (Tcode-ANST) is also not available for the same 606 release. In include-

LIQS1U05 COMMIT WORK statement is there. this statement clearing QMEL-KUNUM values.

Note : at the same point I can see viqmel ,*viqmel and wviqmel values for kunum field.

Try to use a WatchPoint (see a Blog on Watchpoint : Link) and see in what exact code the "QMEL-QMNUM" will be cleared ...

That might be because of a Bug in a UserExit / BAdI as implied earlier. But it might also just be some Standard-Code, in which you could raise a SAP-Incident and get SAP Support assistance ...
