Hi gurus,
well we have a serious problem one delivery document has two items 3 qty
each but the second item del qty is 3 and picking qty is 0 and pgi has been done for the document first question is the system
should not allow to pgi but it happend and its still showing picking qty 0 and we dont have warehouse concept
if we do billing it says delivery hasnt been putaway if we do reverse pgi then document is not beeing selected.
please lemme knw.
thanks & regards
I would suggest you to cancel the delivery docs created after reversing the PGI(if done) using Vl09. Always in real time when you working with a manufacturing unit its always better to create deliveries using VL10i ( for item wise delivery creation).
That way there wont be any confusion in future.
award points if helpful
Thanks

Hi,
Just check whether for the second item "Relevant for picking" is ticked in "Delivery Item Categories". Since you are telling that you are not using Warehouse Management, in this case you need to manually pick (enter) the picking quantities in Delivery document.

Hi,
Try to continue with the reversing of PGI (VL09 i suppose) and cancel the entire document if possible.
If you have enabled availabity check at delivery level please do proceed in checking the availability of the item 3 whose qty is 0 .
