Is there a report which shows the deviation between the original allocation and the actual allocation per allocation group?

I dont think there is any standard report. we use a macro to do precisely that in DP side.

Well I am sure you would be capturing the two key figures - planned and actual allocation based on different characteristic combinations in DP (eg. say different values of Product, Location, Customer Group, Product Allocation Group etc). Constructing a macro is a very simple exercise where you can do custom arithmetic calculations. You may construct another key figure on Deviations that will be macro calculated as the absolute or relative difference, as you define it.

You should not forget the standard report in transaction /SAPAPO/AC42. Here you see the allocation quantity as well as the TQA (online) and the incoming order quantity. This report is per allocation group and for example product.

For reports on aggregated levels I would recommend DP or BW as previously discussed.
