Custom tooltip on scorecard component in Design Studio 1.6

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to show tool tip on scorecard component when hover on row? I want to display tooltip when user hover over row, data in tooltip will be populated from same data source as scorecard. Is it possible that "on select()" method work for hover over on row ?

for example:

when I select/hover row with Country in scorecard, tooltip should display its population

Onselect wont work as hover over, you could design a popup window to be displayed similar to the hover balloon with the information you want to show.
