error message when doin teco

hi friends,

recently we are having difficulty in executing technically complete of the order. in transaction ZTEC,order was ok(TECO) and delivered but there was an error message that say:Sending Process messages failed. can you please help us understand why this was happening,what causes this to happen and what is the solution to this.thank you so much.

Allan,

Looks like you are using some customised transaction to trigger Process Message to order to set status to TECO.

I would suggest you to manually first try in COR2 to set TECO and see what excatly the error message is.

Hello Dear

This is not a Std.SAP question , this is some issue with your Developed Program , So pl debugg the same and find it ouy..

or Pl give the background details and functionality of t.code ZTEC , that can be looked out for..
