error message when doin teco

hi friends,

recently we are having difficulty in executing technically complete of the order. in transaction ZTEC,order was ok(TECO) and delivered but there was an error message that say:Sending Process messages failed. can you please help us understand why this was happening,what causes this to happen and what is the solution to this.thank you so much.
